General conditions
- By reservation we mean a non-binding inquiry for service.
- By order we mean binding ordering of the service.
- We organize the work and time to prepare meals ourselves.
- In case of any health restrictions and allergies contact us and we will agree on the procedure.
- You understand that two of us can come to your home. This does not affect the cost of the service.
- You hereby confirm that you have the following basic ingredients (organizational conditions, point 2).
- You hereby confirm that the kitchen equipment meets the requirements below (organizational conditions, item 3).
Cancellation Policy
- At the moment we confirm your reservation, we ask you to pay a refundable deposit of 60% of the price of the specified service at the account no. 2201614091/2010 within 3 working days. We will send you a confirmation upon receiving of the deposit.
- Order cancellation rules:
- If you cancel your order sooner than 48 hours before the confirmed date, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
- If you cancel with 48 hours or less remaining:

- If you purchased the ingredients yourself, we will refund you 60%
- If we did the shopping, we will refund you 40%
You can pick up the purchase as quickly as possible at the chefs' address after arranging it by telephone. We dispose of perishable food after 24 hours.

Organizational conditions
- Please note, that we bake sweet buns on a standard 40 x 30 cm baking tray. The marble cake mould has a height of 9 cm and a diameter of 21 cm. The finished marble cake weighs about 900 g. 1 tray of buns or 1 marble cake is for about 8 people. We’ll bake 2 pieces for more than 8 people.
- We ask that your kitchen has basic ingredients like oil, butter, sugar, salt, pepper, flour. Understand that if it is not the main food ingredient, we do not buy it. We don't want to waste food. An example is to grease and flour the baking tin.
- Please make sure your kitchen has the standard equipment. This means the following appliances and kitchen utensils - stove, oven, sink, fridge, pots and pans, baking tins, cutting boards, knives, cutlery, crockery, peeler, fine and coarse grater, beater or mixer, scales, dough roller.
- In case of a sub-standard equipped kitchen or non-standard conditions in the kitchen we reserve the right not to cook and leave the home. In this situation, you are always obliged to pay us a cancellation fee of 300 CZK and the price of the ingredients according to the receipt, if we shopped.
- In case of a mistake from our side, i.e. we burn the food, we do not charge you anything.
- For each service, we give the approximate time we spend in the home. That is the time it takes to prepare the raw ingredients, cook, bake. All this is included in the price of the service.
