For what purposes do you process my personal data and who allowed you to do so?
On my site, specifically here http://ustoluspolu.cz/en/rezervace, you have the opportunity to book my service and thus sign a contract with me. The purpose of processing your personal data is to conclude the contract, arrange payment, delivery and related communication.
Since this processing is necessary to make a contract between us at all and to fulfill it, we do not need your consent
However, I want you to know that I do not process any information about you other than what I really need, namely: first name, last name, address, phone, email, booking information, rating data, such as comments or reviews of my services, your web behaviour, and payment information
It is entirely voluntary for you to disclose your personal information to me. However, if you do not choose to do so, I cannot conclude a contract with you and I am unable to service you
To whom do you pass my personal information?
I only disclose your personal information to those who are involved in the delivery of the service, the payment, and managing the site.
How long will you keep my personal information?
The answer is simple – only as long as it’s really needed
I only process your personal data for 3 years after your purchase on my site. However, I need some data for tax and accounting reasons, so I process this data for 10 years, as is required by law.
What are my rights?
By processing your personal data, you have several rights that you can exercise at any time.
Right of access

This right is based on your request to send you information about the purposes for which, for what time and which categories of personal data I process. In addition, I will tell you to whom your personal information is disclosed and other information to which you are entitled.

I care that I only process accurate personal information about you. Therefore, you have the right to request a correction of your personal information that I process about you that is inaccurate.
Right to erasure
I want to assure you that I only process your personal data for the time specified above. After this time, I delete your personal information.
In addition, you have the right to request me to delete your personal data, especially if you feel that I no longer need personal data to fulfil the above purpose, or that I process your personal data illegally.
However, sometimes it is my duty to keep your personal information (especially for accounting purposes), so your request may not always be accepted. However, I will keep you informed about everything.

Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making
I want to let you know that I do not process your personal data by any automated process, at the end of which there is a decision that would have legal or similar consequences for you.
Right to lodge a complaint
It is your right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you feel that I am breaking the law.
